SUMISIP YOUNG BUILDERS is a community-based youth organization composed of dedicated and skilled young individuals with talents in carpentry and woodworking. The organization specializes in producing quality wooden products such as plaques of recognition, sports wooden trophies, and various types of furniture that serve schools, institutions, and the local community. Through hands-on activities and collaborative work, members continuously improve their technical skills, creativity, and craftsmanship. The organization provides a safe and productive environment where young people can develop discipline, teamwork, leadership, and self-confidence while engaging in meaningful livelihood activities. Mission: The mission of SUMISIP YOUNG BUILDERS is to develop, enhance, and support the skills of young people in carpentry and woodworking by providing training, opportunities, and resources that enable them to become productive, skilled, and self-reliant individuals. Goal: The goal of the organization is to empower the youth of Barangay San Jose (Sumisip) by nurturing their talents, creating sustainable income opportunities, and helping them build a better future through skills development, craftsmanship, and community involvement. Through its mission and goals, SUMISIP YOUNG BUILDERS aims to contribute to youth empowerment, economic growth, and positive social development within the community.
