The Bintao Football Club (BFC) is a community-based sports organization under the umbrella of the Regional Football Association of Camarines Norte and the Philippine Football Federation, established in the municipality of Vinzons, Camarines Norte. It is dedicated to promoting grassroots football development and holistic youth empowerment. Rooted in the values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, the club provides structured training, mentorship, and opportunities for young players to grow both on and off the field. BFC serves as a safe and inclusive platform for children, youth, and community members to engage in meaningful sports activities that foster physical fitness, mental well-being, and character formation. The club also partners with schools, barangays, local government units, and private institutions to sustain football programs and create pathways for players, coaches, and volunteers. Objectives: 1. To provide accessible grassroots football training and competitions for the youth of Vinzons and neighboring communities. 2. To promote values of discipline, teamwork, leadership, and respect through sports. 3. To discover, develop, and nurture young football talents who can represent the community in local, regional, and national tournaments. 4. To conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars for players, coaches, and volunteers. 5. To organize community-based tournaments, football caravans, and outreach programs that encourage inclusivity and active participation. 6. To collaborate with schools, LGUs, and other institutions in integrating football as part of youth and community development initiatives. 7. To engage in advocacies such as health and wellness, education, environmental sustainability. and sports development.
