The JYPODs Alumni envisions a Davao de Oro where young leaders are empowered, inspired, and equipped to lead with purpose, integrity, and passion. It seeks to cultivate a strong culture of youth involvement in governance, community-building, and inclusive development. The organization believes in shared leadership and aims to strengthen democratic values by placing the youth at the forefront of sustainable and meaningful progress in the province. Rooted in the principles of transparency, accountability, dignity, and social responsibility, JYPODs Alumni is dedicated to producing competent, proactive, and ethical young public servants. The organization commits to developing future-ready leaders through leadership training, capacity-building programs, mentorship opportunities, and platforms for civic and political engagement.
