The Three Strand Rover Scouts Association is a values-driven association of Rover Scouts based in Cainta, Rizal, firmly anchored on the Scout Oath and Law. The association upholds duty to God and country, service to others, and self-discipline as the foundation of its programs and activities. Through leadership development, community service, fellowship, and continuous personal growth, it aims to form morally upright, socially responsible, and committed young leaders. Guided by the spirit of brotherhood and the three strands of duty, service, and integrity, the association seeks to make a positive and lasting impact in the community while strengthening the true meaning of Rover Scouting.
