The 4-H Club Philippines is a dynamic youth development organization under the Agricultural Training Institute (ATI) of the Department of Agriculture. It empowers young Filipinos aged 7 to 30, both in-school and out-of-school, with a focus on rural areas. Grounded in the experiential learning model of "Head, Heart, Hands, and Health," the club engages members in hands-on projects in agriculture, homemaking, entrepreneurship, and life skills. Through these activities, 4-H cultivates leadership, responsibility, and a spirit of community service, shaping capable and committed citizens who are catalysts for sustainable countryside development.
