The Youth Organization of Barangay Sta. Barbara known as Youth Achievers of Maliban, primarily focused on promoting volunteerism and community participation, they are also one of the organizations that supports barangay and school programs, especially programs or activities related to youth development. Youth Achievers of Maliban also foster discipline, respect and positive values, it aims to develop leadership, teamwork, and different skills.
