Generation of Young Leaders (GYL) is a youth development organization committed to cultivating competent, responsible and value-oriented young leaders. Through structured leadership training, mentorship programs and community-based initiatives. GYL aims to enhance the leadership capabilities of the youth while promoting active participation in community development and nation-building. The organization serves as a platform for collaboration, volunteerism and the exchange of best practices, providing a supportive and inclusive environment where young individuals, particularly those at risk, can develop their skills, strengthen their character and contribute meaningfully to the community of San Ildefonso.
