The Ichon Youth Organization, also known as the Katipunan ng Kabataan of Barangay Ichon, is an organization composed of the youth of Barangay Ichon. It was established to promote active citizenship among young people by developing their leadership capabilities, enhancing their social awareness, and motivating them to inspire fellow youth to become responsible contributors and the hope of the future. Through this organization, the community benefits from the active participation of the youth in local development initiatives, while the youth themselves gain opportunities for personal growth, particularly in communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of social responsibility toward the community and fellow citizens.
