The Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) -Laoag City Chapter is a duly organized youth association under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), formed as a key strategy of the Unlad Kabataan Program. PYAP serves as a platform for the holistic development of in-school and out-of-school youth, working youth. youth with disabilities. and other disadvantaged youth across the eighty (80) barangoys of Laoag City.
