The College Emergency Rescue Unit of Pan gantucan Bukidnon Community College is a student-based organization dedicated to emergency preparedness, disaster response, and community safety. The organization serves as a support unit during emergencies, disasters, and school-related activities by providing basic life support, first aid, rescue assistance, and safety awareness. CERU aims to develop disciplined, skilled, and responsible student volunteers who are ready to respond effectively to emergency situations within the campus and the surrounding community. a. To train and equip members with essential skills in first aid, basic life support, rescue, and disaster response; b. To promote emergency preparedness and safety awareness within the school community; c. To assist during emergencies, disasters, and school activities requiring safety and rescue support; d. To develop leadership, teamwork, discipline, and a strong sense of volunteerism among members; and e. To strengthen coordination with local authorities and disaster response agencies in times of emergency.
