The Young Scientist Club (YSC) is a school-based co-curricular organization dedicated to nurturing students’ passion for science while promoting environmental awareness and responsibility. It provides an avenue for learners who are eager to enhance their scientific knowledge, skills, and appreciation of the discipline, while at the same time committing to the safeguarding, protection, and conservation of the environment through practical and science-based initiatives. The club strives to develop critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving abilities among its members by engaging them in meaningful projects, research, and activities that address real-life challenges. It also aims to cultivate leadership, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility, enabling members to become active contributors not only to the school but also to the wider community. Guided by the ideals of sustainability, social responsibility, and democratic participation, the Young Scientist Club upholds its dual mission of advancing scientific growth and fostering environmental stewardship, thereby shaping well-rounded individuals who embody the values of inquiry, integrity, and service for the common good.
