Education

The Science, Technology, and Engineering for Young Alchemist (STEYA) is a student?led organization created exclusively for learners under the Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) program. It is a vibrant community where curiosity meets innovation, and where students are encouraged to think like modern?day alchemists, transforming ideas into discoveries, and theories into tangible solutions. STEYA’s primary goal is to cultivate a deeper appreciation for the sciences while sharpening the skills and mindset needed to thrive in technological and engineering fields. The organization provides various platforms for exploration, such as research symposia, engineering challenges, science fairs, and skill?enhancement workshops. These activities are carefully designed to complement the STE curriculum, giving students practical experiences that enrich their academic journey. More than just academic excellence, STEYA also fosters teamwork, leadership, and social responsibility. Members collaborate on innovative projects, organize community outreach programs, and promote scientific literacy within and beyond the school. Through these initiatives, students learn to see science and technology not only as tools for personal growth but also as instruments for meaningful change. By joining STEYA, students become part of a supportive network of young visionaries who share the same passion for discovery. With dedicated advisers and proactive officers guiding every project, STEYA empowers its members to explore, experiment, and excel—shaping them into future scientists, engineers, and innovators who will lead with knowledge, creativity, and purpose.
