Active Citizenship

We are the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines - Muntinlupa City, an affiliate organization of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) under the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP). We are under the supervision of the Social Services Department. PYAP-Muntinlupa City's objectives are in line with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP). The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) developed the Unlad Kabataan Program (UKP), formerly known as the Integrated Human Resource Development Program for Youth (IHRDPY) as a strategy to reach out to out-of-school youths and encourage them to join the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP).
