People Who Understand and Love Science Enigma (P.U.L.S.E.) is a school-based youth organization established in July 2011 at Biliran Province State University–Main Campus, Naval, Biliran. The organization aims to promote interest, understanding, and appreciation of science among students and the youth. P.U.L.S.E. serves as a platform for pre-service teachers and science enthusiasts to develop their academic skills, leadership, and sense of social responsibility. The organization conducts science-related programs such as science month celebrations, seminars, research and innovation activities, environmental initiatives, and community outreach programs. These activities are designed to make science engaging, practical, and relevant to both the university and the community. Guided by its constitution and by-laws, P.U.L.S.E. also supports environmental awareness, inclusive participation, and youth involvement in community development. Through collaboration with the university, partner schools, and local organizations, the group encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and service among its members.
