The Task Force Agila Organization (TFAO) was established on November 24, 2020 in Barangay Upper Villa Jacinta, Macrohon, Southern Leyte. It is a dynamic and active organization formed by young people who want to serve their community and create positive change. Since its founding, the organization has continued to grow by inviting youth volunteers who are willing to share their time, skills, and ideas to help improve the barangay and support local activities. Task Force Agila Organization is a youth-led group that aims to promote positive social change, gender equality, community development, and environmental awareness. The members believe that the youth play an important role in building a better and safer future. Through cooperation and teamwork, the organization conducts different programs such as clean-up drives, tree planting, information campaigns, donation drives, and other community services that benefit residents. The organization also focuses on empowering young people to become responsible, disciplined, and confident leaders. It encourages respect for people from different cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds, and promotes fairness and inclusivity in all its projects. TFAO supports equal opportunities for everyone and values unity and cooperation among members and the community. In addition, Task Force Agila Organization regularly conducts *volunteer and outreach activities* that aim to uplift the well-being of all residents in Barangay Upper Villa Jacinta. These efforts strengthen friendship, teamwork, and social responsibility among the youth. Through continuous service and dedication, TFAO hopes to inspire more young individuals to get involved in community development and become role models for future generations.
