Walang Atrasan Laban sa Sakuna Youth Organization (WALSYO) was established in 2018 initially formed to serve as a volunteer group to aid the services of Barangay Bayanan, including but not limited to natural disasters, health and safety, and sports activities. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, WALSYO has been active in conducting its self-initiated outreach projects such as community-based feeding programs in less fortunate areas. It generally aims to contribute to health and well-being of the youth in Brgy. Bayanan, encourage youth participation by providing opportunities to volunteer, and partner w/ various organizations to realize its mission and vision.
