Education, Governance, Active Citizenship

The Human Resource Students Society (HRSS) is a student organization committed to fostering academic excellence, professional growth, and values-driven leadership among human resource management students. Guided by the principles of integrity, competence, and service. HRSS provides a platform for members to enhance their knowledge and practical skills through training programs, workshops, capacity-building activities, and industry-oriented initiatives. The organization actively promotes leadership development by involving members in organizational planning, project management, and a student leadership initiative. HRSS encourages young people to participate in responsible and ethical activities that support the objectives of the Local Youth Development Council and comply with national youth development laws, particularly Republic Act No. 8044 and Republic Act No. 10742. HRSS cultivates strategic partnerships and linkages with industry professionals, academic institutions, government agencies, and youth-serving organization to broaden learning opportunities, career exposure, and professional networking for its members. The organization maintains an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages collaboration, mutual respect, and empowerment, while implementing community and social development programs that reflect its commitment to service, volunteerism, and social impact. Additionally, HRSS ensures the long-term sustainability and accountability of the organization through clear governance, efficient operations, and strict adherence to both institutional and local youth development guidelines. This approach prepares students with industry-relevant skills, ethical professional behavior, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
