The organization shall be known as the Junior Social Workers’ Association of the Philippines (JSWAP). The term "Junior Social Workers" refers to social work students who are active members of the Association. The JSWAP-Bislig Chapter is a dynamic, student-led organization dedicated to promoting academic excellence, professional development, and personal growth among future social workers. It seeks to inspire and empower students as they prepare for meaningful roles in the field of social work. JSWAP-Bislig Chapter upholds the core values, principles, and ethical foundations of the social work profession.
