. The organization shall pursue the holistic development of youth by committing to inclusive, value-based, and skill-oriented programs. These initiatives shall encompass leadership development, education, civic responsibility, mental health awareness, environmental stewardship, personal and professional growth, and the preservation and promotion of Tingguian cultural heritage. As a youth-led initiative, RISE Sallapadan Barrio Thunderbirds is rooted in unity, empowerment, and resilience. It aims to equip young individuals especially Tingguian youth, with the confidence, skills, and community spirit to become leaders who actively contribute to a more inclusive, sustainable, and culturally grounded future. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. To develop leadership capabilities and ethical decision-making among youth; b. To promote active citizenship and participation in civic and environmental initiatives; c. To provide educational and capacity-building programs that support academic excellence; d. To foster community service and volunteerism among members; e. To support mental wellness through advocacy and access to resources; f. To prepare members for future careers through skill-based trainings and mentorship; g. To uphold values of inclusion, equity, and respect for diversity in all organizational efforts.
