The Dalubcenian Publication is the official student publication of Dalubcenian ng Lungsod ng Lucena. They serve primarily as a newspaper of and for students. It shall respect, protect and fulfill the constitutionally mandated rights of students to free speech and of expression. In addition, it shall protect and promote the students' rights and welfare.
