The BACHELEM is the official student organization of the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) students at Pangasinan State University – San Carlos Campus. It serves as a unifying body that represents the voice of BEEd students, promotes their academic and personal growth, and strengthens camaraderie among future educators. Guided by the University’s mission and vision, the organization aims to develop well-rounded, competent, and compassionate future teachers who are dedicated to service, leadership, and lifelong learning. BACHELEM provides opportunities for students to engage in academic enhancement, community outreach, leadership training, and cultural and social development programs that nurture their potential as educators and responsible citizens. Through its various activities and projects, the organization fosters collaboration, teamwork, and a spirit of volunteerism among its members. It strives to build a supportive and inclusive community where every education student is encouraged to grow, lead, and make a positive difference within and beyond the campus. In line with BACHELEM CBL Article II: Declaration of Principles and Objectives, the organization supports and upholds the policies of Pangasinan State University. It aims to help BEEd students actively participate in democratic processes, academic development, and community involvement, contributing to progressive and meaningful changes within the University and the broader community.
