The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is the foremost co-curricular, learner led organization and the highest governing body of the studentry at Maligaya Integrated National High School. Grounded in the principles of participatory, democracy,, servant-leadership and accountability, the SSLG serves as the official voice of the learners. It is designed to bridge the gap between students and the school administration, ensuring that the rights, interests, and welfare of every Maligaya learner are protected and promoted. Through its various programs, the SSLG fosters an environment that is a child-friendly, gender-sensitive and safe in alignment with the DepEd's mission and core values. CORE OBJECTIVES: * Representation-To act as the official representative of the student body in the school's-policy making process concerning student welfare and academic standards. * Leadership Development: To provide training ground for learners to develop effective leadership, moral character, personal discipline ad civic consciousness. * Student Rights and Welfare: To serve as the vanguard of students' rights ensuring that every learner has access to a safe and motivating learning environment. * Partnership in Excellence: To collaborate with the school administration as a partner in achieving quality education and academic excellence. * Hollistic Growth: To spearhead academic, socio-civic and environment programs that contribute to the total development of the learners as future nation-builders. * Accountability: To maintain transparency and integrity in all organizational transactions, remaining at all times accountable to the student body.
