MFS El Sagada Dance Guild is a school-based performing arts organization of Maricalum Farm School, established in 2018 and founded by its adviser, Ma’am Glenda Mae A. Consorte. Born from a vision put into action, the Guild aims to highlight students’ creativity and talents through dance while helping them grow not only academically, but also holistically. OBJECTIVES: 1. To help students hone their talents and boost self-esteem. 2. To promote appreciation of Filipino culture and other dance forms by participating in school and community programs and events. 3. To empower the students to strive for excellence in academic, leadership and social responsibility, to encourage them to be proactive members of society. 4. To provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where students can express themselves confidently through movement and artistic performance, and 5. To encourage active youth participation, positive values, and respect for diversity in line with the goals of Maricalum Farm School and the Department of Education.
