This organization shall be known as Disaster Risk and Reduction Management/ Red Cross. The DRRM/ RC shall envision to provide the members of the community an accurate plan and action on Disaster Management to ensure the preparedness and effective response by the organization and its members in times of natural disaster. Also, the organization shall pursue to develop and enhance the active participation and cooperation of all DRR/ Red Cross members in order to meet its vision.
