The PRIMARY AND SECONDARY ROAD YOUTH ORGANIZATION INC. is an inclusive youth organization dedicated to empowering the youth of the Primary and Secondary Road communities. Open to all genders, the organization seeks to cultivate leadership, volunteerism, and active engagement in community development. It works in close partnership with the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), the Barangay Council, and other youth organizations to implement programs that enhance social, educational, cultural, environmental, and moral development. The organization provides a platform for youth participation in local govemance, community projects, and collaborative initiatives with other youth groups. It emphasizes gender inclusivity, respect for diversity, and equal opportunities, ensuring all members can participate fully in leadership roles, decision-making, and organizational activities. Members are encouraged to contribute actively to community programs such as environmental protection, sports and recreation, education and skills development, health and social welfare, cultural activities, and public service initiatives. Objectives: 1. To develop leadership skills, discipline, and civic responsibility among youth members. 2. To actively participate in SK and Barangay youth programs, projects, and community services. 3. To initiate and support programs in education, sports, arts, health, environment, and disaster preparedness. 4. To foster collaboration with other youth organizations for joint programs and community engagement. 5. To promote gender equality, inclusivity, and respect for diversity among members. 6. To nurture responsible, law-abiding, and socially aware citizens who contribute positively to their community. Through these objectives, the organization envisions a productive, empowered, and united youth community that actively contributes to the sustainable development of the Primary and Secondary Road communities, while cultivating values of leadership, service, cooperation, and inclusivity for a better and more resilient future.
