Education

The Emergency Service Corps – Batangas City Council is a youth-led scouting organization comprised of trained Senior Scouts and Eagle Scouts from various educational institutions across Batangas City. Operating under the auspices of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Batangas City Council and in close partnership with the Batangas City Fire Station, our members actively participate in a wide range of civic and preparedness initiatives. Our mission is to equip youth members with professional skills and modern knowledge, transforming them into capable emergency responders. We are dedicated to community service through youth development programs and by providing emergency assistance during disasters and crises. Our actions are firmly guided by the principles of scouting, the BSP Scout Oath and Law, and a commitment to fostering leadership, discipline, character development, and brotherhood.
