Education, Social Inclusion and Equity, Active Citizenship
The Quirinian Students Organization – ICAT Chapter (QSO-ICAT) is a recognized socio-civic organization composed of students from the Province of Quirino studying at Isabela College of Arts & Technology, Inc. (ICAT). It serves as a unifying body that aims to strengthen camaraderie, leadership, and solidarity among Quirinian students while promoting the province’s cultural heritage and core values. The organization’s primary goal is to uphold the spirit of damayan and bayanihan by encouraging members to engage in socio-civic activities that promote volunteerism, community involvement, and mutual support. QSO-ICAT also provides opportunities for students to develop their leadership potential, enhance academic and social growth, and actively participate in projects that benefit both the school and the wider community. Through educational initiatives, outreach programs, and cultural celebrations, the organization fosters a sense of belonging, pride, and compassion among its members. It aims to serve as a home away from home for Quirinian students, nurturing unity and understanding while reflecting the values of service and cooperation. Ultimately, QSO-ICAT envisions itself as a model organization that embodies the ideals of unity, excellence, and service—continuously uplifting the name of Quirino Province and inspiring others through meaningful actions and shared purpose.
