The Tacurong City 4H Club, operating under the guidance of the Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI), is a vital youth development organization focused primarily on empowering young Filipinos aged 7 to 30 within the agriculture and fisheries sectors. Utilizing the experiential "learning by doing" philosophy, the organization provides practical education and mentorship to help in-school and out-of-school youth acquire essential life skills, knowledge, and positive attitudes needed for community development and sustainable growth. The club's objectives are centered on the holistic development represented by the "four H's": fostering clearer thinking (Head) for effective decision-making, encouraging greater loyalty (Heart) to build integrity and community consciousness, developing larger service (Hands) through practical agri-based projects and volunteerism, and promoting better living (Health) through awareness of physical and mental well-being. Ultimately, 4-H Club aims to cultivate self-reliant, productive, and responsible young leaders capable of driving innovation and making significant positive impacts within their communities and the nation's agricultural landscape.
