Established on February 3, 2025, the Davao City Youth Volunteers (DCYV) is a community-based youth organization. dedicated to fostering civic engagement and social responsibility among Davaoeño youth aged 15 to 30. Guided by the principles of the SK Reform Act and the Davao City Youth Development Council (DCYDC) Ordinance, the DCYV serves as a frontline mobilization force for the city government. The organization focuses on bridging the gap between youth energy and community needs through volunteerism in disaster response, environmental stewardship, and social services. By empowering young leaders to take an active role in local governance, DCYV aims to build a more resilient and inclusive Davao City.
