The organization shall envision to empower the youth, encouraging responsibility and promoting unity to drive positive transformation for a sustainable and progressive future of Barangay Gangal. The organization shall pursue to Develop the potential of the youth by promoting leadership, education, skills development and engagement to the community, emphasizing values of integrity, inclusiveness and social responsibility. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Community engagement -encouraging the youth in participating programs that address social issues, environment protection and cultural preservation. b. Health and well-being -promote healthy lifestyle, physical and mental via sports and health awareness programs. c. Education and skill development -Participating in educational activities, that enhance academic, vocational, digital and entrepreneurial skills.
