Governance

The LPIS Apex Learners' Council (ALC) - Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) is the official student governing body of LPIS, representing the collective voice, rights, and welfare of all secondary learners. It serves as a platform for students to actively participate in school governance, promote discipline, and foster leadership, teamwork, and accountability among the student body. Guided by the principles of integrity, responsibility, and service, the SSLG collaborates closely with school administrators, faculty, and stakeholders to support programs that enhance academic excellence, student welfare, and community involvement. The organization aims to develop competent, service-oriented, and morally upright student leaders who can positively influence their peers and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the school and its community. Through participation in planning, implementing, and evaluating school activities, learners gain valuable experience in leadership, decision-making, and civic engagement. The organization shall have the following objectives: a. Serve as the official student governing body of LPIS. b. Plan and implement programs that address student needs and concerns. c. Foster leadership, teamwork, and accountability. d. Strengthen collaboration between students, faculty, administration, and stakeholders. e. Promote values formation and school spirit.
