Environment

The Youth for Environment in School Organization (YES-O) is the primary Department of Education – recognized, school-based co-curricular organization focused on environmental education and protection. The objectives of YES-O are: Raise awareness regarding the state of the Philippine environment and ecology, implement practical, school-based projects that address environmental issues, encourage community involvement in environment protection and conservation efforts, develop students leadership skills and nurture a sense of responsibility toward nature, and establish partnerships with government organizations to support environment projects.
