We Advocate Time Consciousness and Honesty (W.A.T.C.H) of Pedro Mariscal National High School is a student-led organization committe to promoting a culture of punctuality, integrity, transparency, and responsible leadership within the school community. The organization serves as a partner of the school administration in encouraging learners to value time, practice honesty in all academic and co-curricular activities, and uphold accountability in their roles as students and leaders. Guided by the principles of the Department of Education, W.A.T.C.H supports programs that strengthen discipline, ethical behavior, and participatory school governance. Objectives: 1. To promote time consciousness and punctuality among students in classes, meetings, and school activities. 2. To uphold honesty and integrity in academic work, leadership, and interpersonal relationships. 3. To encourage transparency and accountability in student-led initiatives and organizational undertakings. 4. To support school policies and programs that foster discipline, responsibility, and ethical conduct. 5. To provide a platform for students to participate in monitoring and advocating positive school practices. 6. To collaborate with teachers, parents, and stakeholders in building a learner-centered and values-driven school environment. Through these efforts, W.A.T.C.H aims to develop responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy learners who contribute positively to the school and the wider community.
