The Bombon Youth Council is a united and proactive organization committed to empowering the young people of Bombon and guiding them toward holistic development. Rooted in its vision of building a strong youth community that contributes to social progress, cultural growth, environmental care, and civic responsibility, the council serves as a platform for meaningful engagement and leadership. It pursues its mission by creating opportunities in education, culture, environment, health, livelihood, and civic involvement, ensuring that the youth are not only participants but also drivers of change in their community. To achieve this, the council promotes education and skills development through seminars, workshops, and training programs that enhance knowledge and prepare the youth for future challenges. It also preserves and promotes Bombon’s rich cultural heritage while encouraging artistic expression as a means of fostering identity and creativity. Environmental protection is a core priority, with quarterly clean-up drives held every January, May, and September, alongside sustainability initiatives that instill responsibility and care for nature. The council further advances health awareness and wellness programs to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of the youth. Livelihood projects, such as the collection and resale of recyclable materials, provide income to support organizational needs like trash bins and uniforms, while also teaching resourcefulness and entrepreneurship. Civic engagement is promoted by mobilizing youth volunteers for community service, ensuring active participation in nation-building efforts. Above all, the Bombon Youth Council strives to strengthen unity, camaraderie, and leadership among the youth, fostering a spirit of cooperation and accountability.
