Peace-Building and Security

The PCMN – Youth for Safety Congressional District 2 – Quezon City Cluster (Y4S Distrito Dos QC Cluster) is a district-based youth network composed of youth advocates, students, and community leaders committed to promoting child protection and youth empowerment in Quezon City. The organization primarily advocates for the prevention of Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Materials (CSAEM) through education, awareness campaigns, and community engagement. Through partnerships with barangays, schools, youth organizations, and local government units, Y4S conducts seminars, trainings, and advocacy programs that promote child rights, online safety, and responsible digital citizenship. By mobilizing youth participation, the organization works to build safer communities where children and young people can fully realize their rights and potentials.
