The Tandaay High School Girls Scout of the Philippines (GSP) Organization is a youth-led group that aims to develop girls into responsibilities, confident, and service-oriented individuals. Guided by the Girls Scout promise and law, the organization promotes leadership, character formation, community involvement, and patriotism among its members. 1. To develop leadership skills, self-discipline, and self-confidence among girl scouts. 2. To promote good citizenship, love of country, and respect for others. 3. To encourage active participation in school and community service activities. 4. To instill values of responsibility, teamwork, and environment awareness. 5. To help members become productive, morally upright, and socially responsible individuals.
