The Supreme Student Council (BCC SSC) is the highest governing student body of Binalatongan Community College, serving as the official representative of the entire student population. Established to uphold the voice, rights, and welfare of students, the BCC SSC acts as a bridge between the student body and the college administration, ensuring transparent communication, participatory governance, and student empowerment. Rooted in leadership, service, and integrity, the BCC SSC promotes student engagement, social responsibility, and academic excellence through various programs, advocacies, and initiatives aligned with youth development goals. These include leadership trainings, community outreach activities, environmental campaigns, campus events, and educational forums designed to enhance the holistic growth of every student. Aligned with the vision of the National Youth Commission (NYC), BCC SSC is committed to advancing youth participation in nation-building. The Council supports and implements activities that reflect the core values of civic engagement, volunteerism, and democratic leadership. We actively seek collaboration with local government units, youth-serving organizations, and national agencies to broaden our impact beyond the campus.
