The San Agustin Young Worker amd Entrepreneur Association is a community-based youth organization established to empower young individuals in Barangay San Agustin through holistic development, economic participation, and civic engagement. It recognizes the vital role of the youth in community building and aims to nurture their potential as workers, entrepreneurs, and responsible citizens. The organization provides a safe and inclusive space where young people can leam, collaborate, and grow into confident and capable leaders The association is dedicated to responding to the social and economic needs of the youth by offering programs that enhance skills, promote self-reliance, and create sustainable livelihood opportunities. Through trainings, seminars, workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on activities, members are equipped with practical competencies such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, communication, leadership, and teamwork. These initiatives help prepare the youth for employment, small business ventures, and community service. In addition, the organization encourages innovation, creativity, and discipline while fostering values of accountability, integrity, and cooperation. It actively promotes volunteerism and participation in community development projects, enabling members to contribute meaningfully to local initiatives.
