The Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) is a peer-led organization implemented in schools to promote a drug-free lifestyle among students and encourage responsible, healthy, and productive behavior. The organization empowers students to become agents of positive change within their peer groups by advocating for drug prevention and engaging in wholesome activities. Guided by the principle of barkadahan, BKD emphasizes friendship, collaboration, and collective action to foster a supportive school and community environment. Through education, leadership, and youth participation, BKD aims to create a strong culture of awareness, discipline, and active involvement in promoting a drug-free environment.
