The Eagle Scout Association of Cainta (ESAC) is a fellowship and service organization composed of individuals who have earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Guided by the principles of Scouting and the ideals embodied in the Scout Oath and Law, ESAC serves as a brotherhood of Eagle Scouts committed to continuing their leadership, service, and civic responsibility beyond their active years in the youth program. As a non-political, non-sectarian, and service-oriented organization, ESAC promotes unity among Eagle Scouts and encourages them to remain actively involved in community development, youth mentorship, and nation-building initiatives. The association seeks to uphold the honor and prestige of the Eagle Scout rank by inspiring its members to live exemplary lives and contribute positively to society. It also works closely with local Scouting institutions and partner organizations to support programs that strengthen the Scouting movement and empower young leaders. Objectives: Promote Fellowship – To foster camaraderie, unity, and mutual support among Eagle Scouts within the community. Support Scouting Programs – To assist and strengthen the programs and initiatives of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines through mentorship, leadership training, and volunteer service. Encourage Community Service – To organize and participate in civic, humanitarian, and environmental activities that benefit the community. Develop Leadership and Character – To uphold the values of Scouting by promoting ethical leadership, integrity, and responsible citizenship among its members. Inspire Future Eagle Scouts – To motivate young Scouts to strive for excellence and pursue the Eagle Scout rank through guidance and example. Strengthen Community Partnerships – To collaborate with government, private institutions, and civic groups in advancing youth development and public service initiatives. Through these objectives, ESAC continues the mission of Scouting by enabling Eagle Scouts to remain active leaders and agents of positive change in society
