College of Education and Liberal Arts-Student Council, also referred as CELASC, is a school based organization, in PHINMA-Araullo University, which primarily aims to provide service to the fellow student community. CELASC has a mantra of “Primus Integritas” which means, integrity first, this value held by every single officer of the council, which makes the council empowered and trusted . The council is not limited within the university, it also takes initiatives in community participation.This council has an objective of: Proposing and conducting programs such as leadership sessions and training, seminars to nurture the leadership skills of the students, be the catalyst of student involvement, and bring out the aspiring student leaders of the department; Developing consistent student engagement and involvement regarding different activities and programs organized by the department and administration through highly encouraging active participation; Upholding PEN values and instill knowledge from the different programs and activities; Serving and be the voice of the students for their suggestions, needs, and rights through acting as students’ body.
