The Kinaragan Youth Association (KaYA) is a non-profit non-partisan youth organization in Sitio Kinaragan dedicated to uniting and empowering all young people in the community-wether Tagalog or Aeta, kulot or unat, of any gender or background. Guided the values of inclusivity, cultural pride, and active citizenship. KaYA serves as a platform for youth to develop leadership skills, foster camaraderie, and contribute ti the overall progress of the barangay.The association organizes programs and activities that strengthen community bonds, promote volunteerism, preserve indigenous heritage, and address the social, cultural, or social status; to promote leadership, life-skills, and personal growth through trainings, seminars and community based projects
