The Philippine Federation of the Deaf Youth Section (PFDYS) is the youth arm of the Philippine Federation of the Deaf that empowers Deaf young people in the Philippines. It promotes leadership, education, advocacy, and participation of Deaf youth in society while strengthening unity and representation within the Deaf community.
