Rotaract is a global organization for young adults aged 18 and above, dedicated to community and international service, leadership development, and professional growth. Established by Rotary International in 1968, Rotaract clubs provide a platform for members to exchange ideas with community leaders, enhance their skills, and make a positive impact locally and globally. The mission of Rotaract is to foster service to others, uphold integrity, and advance global understanding, goodwill, and peace. Members engage in various activities, including community service projects, professional development workshops, and social events, all while adhering to ethical leadership principles. While traditionally for individuals aged 18-30, recent changes by Rotary International have opened membership to all adults, though many clubs maintain their focus on young adults.
