The Peer Facilitators Circle of Cabaruan Integrated School is a student-led organization dedicated to promoting positive peer support, leadership, and personal development among learners. It serves as a safe and supportive space where students are trained to assist their fellow learners in addressing academic, social, and emotional concerns. Through collaboration, guidance, and active involvement, the organization aims to foster a culture of empathy, respect, and responsible leadership within the school community. Objectives: 1.To develop students' leadership and facilitation skills trough active participation in peer support activities. 2.To provide a safe and approachable support system for students experiencing academic, social, or emotional challenges. 3.To promote a positive and inclusive school environment built on respect, empathy, and cooperation. 4.To enhance communication and interpersonal skills among student facilitators and their peers. 5.To encourage student involvement in school programs and activities that support well-being and personal growth. 6.To collaborate with teachers and school staff in addressing student concerns and promoting guidance initiatives.
