The Aspiring Educators’ Guild (AEG) of Sorsogon State University – Magallanes Campus is a student organization composed of all education majors, established to foster unity, professional growth, and academic excellence among future educators. Guided by its Constitution and By-Laws, the Guild serves as the official representative body of education students, advocating for their interests, welfare, and aspirations within the university. It promotes active participation in academic, cultural, and co-curricular activities while upholding integrity, discipline, and respect for institutional policies. The AEG is committed to nurturing competent, responsible, and service-oriented teachers who contribute meaningfully to society. Objectives: 1. To strengthen unity, camaraderie, and collaboration among aspiring educators. 2. To promote continuous self-improvement and professional development in the field of education. 3. To organize and facilitate seminars, workshops, symposia, and conferences that enhance pedagogical knowledge and skills. 4. To provide support systems and services that address the academic and personal needs of its members. 5. To uphold academic freedom and encourage the pursuit of knowledge, innovation, and critical thinking. 6. To actively participate in school programs, cultural events, and community-building activities. 7. To extend service beyond the campus through outreach programs, literacy initiatives, community engagement, and educational support for underserved sectors, thereby embodying the role of educators as agents of social change.
