The objectives of Madiskarteng Kabataan center on empowering the youth of Barangay Mohon to become strategic thinkers, responsible leaders, and innovative problem-solvers. The organization aims to provide equal access to opportunities and structured support that strengthen their skills and aspirations. By promoting active participation in community programs and nurturing creativity and resourcefulness, Madiskarteng Kabataan strives to develop well-rounded young individuals who contribute meaningfully to the growth and progress of the community. To enhance strategic thinking and responsible decision-making among the Madiskarteng Kabataan, enabling them to achieve personal excellence while contributing effectively to the development of the community. To provide equitable access to opportunities, structured guidance, and support initiatives that strengthen the skills, capabilities, and aspirations of all youth in Barangay Mohon. To promote active and purposeful participation of the youth in community programs and projects, fostering leadership, collaboration, and civic responsibility. To cultivate creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness among the Madiskarteng Kabataan, encouraging them to think beyond conventional approaches and implement solutions that advance the progress of the community.
