The Tigaon 4-H Club Municipal Federation is a youth-led, community-based organization dedicated to nurturing young individuals in agriculture, leadership, and community service. The federation brings together active 4-H Clubs from various barangays in the Municipality of Tigaon, providing opportunities for youth development through hands-on learning, skills training, and civic engagement. Guided by the 4-H values—Head, Heart, Hands, and Health—the organization aims to empower young people to become responsible, skilled, and service-oriented members of the community. As an accredited youth organization, the federation implements programs that promote agricultural awareness, environmental stewardship, livelihood development, and volunteerism. It serves as a support system for the youth by offering leadership trainings, capacity-building activities, and community-based projects that contribute to personal growth and local development. Objectives: 1. To develop the leadership skills, confidence, and teamwork capabilities of youth members through trainings, workshops, and community activities. 2. To promote agricultural literacy and encourage youth participation in agri-based projects and sustainable livelihood practices. 3. To strengthen youth involvement in community service by initiating programs that address local needs, especially in areas of education, environment, and social responsibility. 4. To create a collaborative network among barangay 4-H Clubs for unified planning, implementation, and evaluation of youth-focused initiatives. 5. To support the holistic development of young people by providing avenues for learning, creativity, and active citizenship
