Donguila-Pacres National High School Youth Environment Schools-Organization is one of the governing body of students. Its primary purpose is to serve as a platform for student representation, leadership development, and school-wide service. It is managed by officers including president, vice president, secretary, auditor, treasurer, P.I.O., peace officer, and grade 7-12 representatives, aiming to foster organized management, provide a practical environment for experiencing democratic processes, and develop essential life skills (management, public speaking, collaborative problem-solving). Yes-O primary goal is to provide a formal venue for students to exercise their rights and participate in school decision-making processes. It represents diverse needs and concerns of learners, ensures student voice is heard by administrators and faculty, fosters transparency and mutual respect. Also, it aims to mold students into proactive citizens by involving them in planning and implementing programs addressing social, environmental, and academic issues, shaping them as responsible learners.
