Education
The Practice Acts of Youthful Altruism, Benevolence, and Affection (PAYABA CLUB) is a service-oriented student organization under the Values Education Department of Tandaay High School. It serves a laboratory for character building, focusing on the development of the "Heart" through the core pillars: Altruism (selfless concern for others), Benevolence (act of kindness), and Affection (compassion and brotherhood). By connecting these three pillars, Altruism, Benevolence, and affection, The PAYABA Club functions as the vital bridge between moral theory and social practice. While the classroom provides the framework for ethical understanding, this organization offers a tangible space where students can exercise empathy and leadership real-time. Through collective service and compassionate outreach, the club aims to transform the student's heart into an active tool for community building, ultimately fostering a school environment where moral integrity and social harmony are practiced as daily habits rather than abstract concepts.
